Api Fabricación, S.A. (hereinafter Api Fabricación), in accordance with current legislation on Personal Data Protection, hereby informs users of the website www.apifabricacion.com (hereinafter the Website) of the Privacy and Data Protection Policy that will be applied to the processing of personal data voluntarily provided by the User when accessing the website.
By providing Api Fabricación with personal data through the electronic forms on the Website or the contact section and, where applicable, by checking the corresponding acceptance checkbox, the User expressly consents to Api Fabricación, S.A. processing such data in accordance with the terms of this Privacy and Data Protection Policy clause and for the purposes expressed herein.

The User shall be solely responsible for the accuracy of the data provided to Api Fabricación.

Api Fabricación properly manages its server environment, maintaining a strictly compliant firewall infrastructure. It continuously uses current technologies to ensure that the confidentiality and privacy of information is not compromised.
